How It Works

“R&R” (Repair & Return) Updated Components!

We can save you money by extending the life of your automobile’s electronics. Our services require that you send us your vehicle’s original parts and avoid additional programming requirements. 


STEP 1  (Shop and Add Items to Cart)  Determine the services you will be needing and add the items to your shopping cart. Got multiple items? Make sure you update the quantity to take advantage of our shipping discounts. (Multi-item shipping discounts are calculated automatically).
STEP 2  (Guest Check-Out or Speedy Account Creation) Follow the prompts to a seamless transaction. Guest Check-Out gets an email confirmation plus receipt. Our speedy “Create an Account” option will allow you to keep a transaction history log with the option to reprint any transaction documentation that you may need from your current or previous orders. Sign up for access to troubleshooting documents and reference videos to assist you with common themes.
STEP 3 (Transaction Complete) Print out a copy of your receipt or emailed transaction confirmation and include it in your package along with your part(s). A copy and record of your transaction will automatically transmit to the email account you provided us with. Don’t have a printer? Don’t worry about a thing. Go directly to step 4 and send us your part along with your contact information. We will match it up with your transaction upon receipt of your item(s). Paying by check or money order? Please make it out to Seat Belt Center.
STEP 4 (Packaging and Shipping Your Items) Using your shipper of choice, carefully pack your items. Secure heavier items inside your package by sealing all carton flaps. This will help avoid them falling out of your package while in transit. Include a copy of your receipt or transaction confirmation. If you were unable to print out your information, please include on a piece of paper the following:
  1. Your full name or Shop name.
  2. Telephone number (including area code).
  3. Return mailing address. (Seat belts cannot be shipped to PO Box).
  4. Email Address (We will only use it to send you order updates and tracking information).
  5. Make, Model and Year of the vehicles whose parts we are servicing.
Please do not send us any clips, bolts, nuts and washers. We recommend that you keep these items mounted inside your vehicle until you receive your parts back from us.
STEP 5  (R&R “Repair & Return”) Unless noted. All repairs fall within our 24 hour weekday Repair & Return “R&R” guidelines.  You can check your email for tracking information and any notifications pertaining to your order.
